At my clinical psychology practice, Satisfied Mind, I treat adults who are experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, addictive behaviours, eating disorders, personality disorders, relationship conflict, sleep disorders, and chronic pain. Through my gentle, empathic, and non-judgemental approach I seek to establish a safe environment from which trust and openness can develop.

I am experienced in the use of various evidence-based psychological interventions including cognitive-behavioural as well as mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. These approaches included Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
