MEET DR ELLIOT GERSCHMAN
Elliot is a clinical psychologist and the director of Satisfied Mind. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and an accredited Independent Medical Examiner with WorkSafe Victoria. He completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Monash University.

Elliot has extensive experience specialising in adult mental health. His qualities as a therapist include his ability to connect deeply and authentically with people. His approach is gentle and validating. He is passionate about helping people to understand and regulate their emotions, which often serve as an internal source of guidance and wisdom. He also assists individuals to identify and transform unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Elliot’s therapeutic approach goes beyond talk therapy by providing a structured, skills-based program for treating current symptoms and promoting enduring resilience. He draws from the latest evidence-based therapies, including ACT, DBT, and Mindfulness Therapy.
